WEBSITE RE/DESIGN

Objective: OMNY is the NFPS introduced to replace MetroCard in New York City by 2025.

Process:

  • Discovery Phase: Held workshops with stakeholders to understand their goals and the needs of their audience. Defined the project scope and created a site map.

  • Design Phase: The design focused on accessibility, with clear calls-to-action and easy-to-read content.

  • Development: Focusing on accessibility when taking over the website design, made sure that each element on the webpage was accessible, including visibility, colors and patterns, easy access to chatbot.

  • Testing & Launch: Performed extensive testing to ensure compatibility across devices and browsers. Launched the site with a marketing campaign to drive initial traffic. Made sure to do multiple rounds of chatbot testing to make sure the interface was user-friendly and accessible.

Outcome: The website successfully increased public engagement. More people have been introduced to OMNY knowing that is not just a digital platform, there are physical attributes and cards that can be used. Making sure OMNY is as accessible and inclusive as possible.
